These terms govern your use of Peek. By creating an account or generating content, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Credits & billing
Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe. Credits are consumed per generation based on the resolution, length, and quality you choose. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from billing settings.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Peek to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your content
You own the inputs you provide and the creatives you generate, subject to the rights of any third-party assets you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and produce your outputs.
5. Service & availability
Peek is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and generated content may vary.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Peek isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
